The warmth of summer has quietly faded away.  The chilly autumn air has taken its place.  Today found me strolling through the Lake Elmo Park Reserve, virtually alone.  As I wandered the paths of the park, fallen leaves crunched beneath my feet.  Not another soul was in sight, the only sounds those of birds chirping and squirrels scampering through the underbrush of the trees.  The solitude allowed me to clear the cobwebs from my brain and breathe a sigh of calm relief.
